The room was decent sized with a safe box, a mini-bar, and central heating.
Just perfect experience there. Hotel was clean and gorgeous with excellent staff and wonderful location in the centre of town. Location next to restaurants, the casino and the lake and the ferry. For tea or coffee visit Ca'puccino nearby. Excellent customer service.

We stayed for a week, while the hotel is small, location was great, just across the street from the lake and the centre. Staff were very friendly and decent. Always helpful and ready to suggest you with where to spend the day and what to do in the region. Rooms were clean, simple.
Breakfast was limited in choice, given that you are in france, the expectations are that more choices of pastry and cheese would be available. Suggest to add a safe in all rooms. Also it would add more comfort to guests if bed/pillow sheets are changed more frequently in a period of 7 days.

Nice cheerful room. Partial view of Lake Geneva. Walking distance to many restaurants. Staff was very friendly.
Breakfast was not included in the price of the room and was overpriced for what you got.
